How do you market a commercial property to tenants while the property is in the midst of a total renovation? And how do you give that property an identity, imbue it with a sense of excitement and surprise long before it would be a reality? That – we said – is the province of design – transformative design. Our client’s target market was young, techie, art-related. More the yoga and vegan type than button-down IBM. So we designed a funky “crooked triangle” logo, chose outrageous colors and bold, vibrant graphics, producing a look – from signage and window display through collateral materials and website – that was unlike anything in Hudson, NY. And it worked. The property is now fully rented. The client is happy. Renters are happy. And so are we.
